Halloween Needle Man
Halloween parade was held in Manhattan on Oct. 31stnight in 2010. The parade marched from Spring Street in the southern tip of Manhattan with people in horror and surreal characters into the flash of tens of thousands of citizens.
Especially, 40 members of Korean Association at NYU made their first appearance in the parade dressed in Korea¡¯s cultural character costumes to attract attention.
