All of us have our moments, big and small.
The moment of history when much hangs on balance asks for the right person to come along. When that happens, it feels more like a karma than random/happenstance/ accident. It had to be that way, of course.
A sharp-elbowed, brilliant, good person, always needed in this mostly confused human stories/history. But our time is in need of a person who can uplift the mood of the Country; who can embrace even the clearly ‘deplorables.’ Well not embrace, at least make them quiet enough to stay at their comfortable margins. So comfortable, they wouldn’t want to venture out into the real, exciting world.
Joe Biden
As Bernie has been always Bernie, Biden’s been Biden.
His decency provided him with a space where he could mature, and temper some of his instincts. A man from dark age who has the possibility of escaping the backwardness.
That possibility is giving him the moment of his life. The karma is he’s been grooming himself for this moment in the Country. Most likely, without being aware.
There are enough good, competent people around him to make meaningful, positive changes/absolutely necessary changes. There’re so much to do.
He and his team must create common narratives and consensus of the majority of people with clear vision. Our country demands it: the world desperately needs it.
Biden has become the man of the moment.
Hope he makes the most of it by continuing to grow and mature.
