Identity: Historical Perspective
by ÀÌ¸íµ¿ | 18.02.21 02:15

Examining identity is examining history.
History may repeat itself but it is the story of our struggle for better humanity.
Well, many times history repeats itself, and humanity disappoints itself to no end.
But it picks itself up somehow. Yes, somehow.

Revolutions were many; very bloody ones.
Stupidity or preordained nature?
In hindsight most of them seem unavoidable. The time demanded it.
Much thanks and respects to those who carried through it for better tomorrow.
Better tomorrow for humanity/ you and I.

History requires transparency so does identity.
The thing is transparency hurts very much.
Only time, earned confidence, clarity and maturity possible make facing transparency.
Reminded of the quote: ¡°Blessed is a country without history.¡±
Clarity of history helps greatly to clarify identity.
Courage helps, always.

There were talks of ¡®the end of history.¡¯ Silly talks.
The story will never end.
We¡¯ll never get to the bottom of it. The secret of its beauty?
History never stops.
Search for better humanity continues; maybe, repeats itself.
Identity continues to move along.
We¡¯ll follow it forever in hope of leading it, someday.
Destiny? Perhaps.
